Can you believe this company? I've been retrenched in December, I informed FNB Card Division and they told me I don't have to worry, I should have insurance against retrenchment. So I mailed the lady at the [Email Removed] department, gave her all my paperwork that was needed, and now, almost 4 months later I am still waiting to hear what is going on, even worse, their call center staff keeps phoning me, asking me when I'm gonna make a payment, and now to put the cherry on the top, the moment I got my UIF money, they in good faith decided to take my money, leaving me with only a few bucks in my account to pay my other debt. Seriously? Kick a man when he's down, hope that makes you feel good about yourselves...!!!
