We joined Discovery Insure October 2012.All good as promised until October 2013.Went onto website to track the vehicles on DQ Mapper-NOTHING! "Device NOT found". New devices EVENTUALLY got fitted on Dec 18th 2013.An hour after fitment, my car's Airbag light came on. Called the technician-he confirmed it cannot be something he did. The next day I took my husband's car only to be stranded at the mall with a DEAD engine! coincident that all this went wrong immediately after fitment. My car had to be booked in for confirmation on what the problem is (luckily she is still on a maintenance plan), the other car however is not on a maintenance plan any longer and I cannot afford to take it in to try find the problem with the dead engine. The Polo can be tracked ONLY by sms, the Pajero not even. I still cannot log in too DQ Mapper-still get the NOT FOUND message. This is pathetic! Why pay a huge amount of money every month and get offered such poor service. Why pay more for the Discovery insurance to get the various benefits and then it can not be used due to incompetent people? What happens if one of the 2 vehicles get - then Discovery Insure will turn around and not pay out!
