I consolidated my debt with you, we signed and agreed on the amount to be paid. For the last 2 months, Ive been getting calls and now SMS telling me I am over drawn on my CURRENT ACCOUNT.After 40 minutes on the phone, being told to lay a case of, I found out that THE GLEN input my interest rate at 21% instead of 12%...way to go Standard Bank. After months of phone calls and now SMS's telling me to pay IMMEDIATLEY... your recovery department needs to not be so rigid, take the time to answer clients questions instead of putting the phone down on them, only to call again the next month.
Truly... you sure now how to your customers off... I so look forward to the day that I no longer bank with you.
