2 days ago I went to San Ridge Absa Branch to change my details and link my bond account to my Internet banking because I can transfer to but not from my bond account. After waiting almost 45 minutes just to get in front because staff seems to be on a go slow and not willing to work. And management is no where to be found, and they will add people to the Tellers where the line is the shortest instead of putting it at Client Service!

Secondly, but mainly. Once in front I wanted to add the bond account to my internet banking. And transfer X Amount from my reserve. Now they say all the money that I have transferred is not in my reserve. After I made a billion times sure that this is a FLEXI BOND account and I can transfer to and from this account. And all of a sudden I cant access my own money promised by Absa that it would be available. Client Care hasn't responded in 2 days. and after replying again that this is Urgent. Absa as always seems to not care about there clients.

This is going to be the last straw. If Absa really cares about their clients as much as they claim to then this will be fixed NOW. Please someone understand the urgency of this being fixed.
