I applied on line to open an account as advertised on TV. It was great for a week, then the problems started. Promises were made to come back to me. Long story short it took 4 weeks to get the card, and this only happened after I put a complaint on their Facebook site.
Last week I phoned to have Internet banking activated on the account, I was told it could be done on line. FAIL, I had to go into the branch. I went into the branch, sat with a consultant and was told that it would now work, all I had to do was go home and activate it as the branch was off line. I tried, FAIL. I have phoned a number of times, each time someone would come back to me, I am still waiting. Guess what, they are still debiting my account with charges. I have never used the account, but I owe R800.00 IN CHARGES
