I have an RA with OM, policy number 011952077. Over the past week I have attempted to obtain information regarding a) which funds I can switch to on the "old platform" and which funds I can switch into if I move to the "new platform". I spoke to a call centre advisor on Tuesday who only sent me a) and not b) on Thursday. I then followed up with an e-mail on Thursday. Today I get an e-mail to say the matter has been referred to "our administrative department" and that they will contact me. In my view, this simple query is taking far too long to be fulfilled.
