Apathy and nonsense regarding a very simple reques

On the 17th. March I requested information regarding a funds transfer to the UK and what was required to be produced to achieve this. After about 10 days I again asked where was the information I requested. A further 2-3 days passed and EVENTUALLY I received a nonsense e-mail about not being able to transfer funds using Internet Banking and to go to a Bureau de Change!!
I sent a further e-mail complaining about the crass statement I had received and again asked for the information I wanted. A further week or so passed and I received an e-mail from someone asking me to contact my Branch which I did and I received most of the information I had originally requested. However I needed clarification of a portion of that information.
It is now the 7th. May and despite sending a further 3 e-mails to the people who sent me the information THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING. I cannot believe that SUCH A SIMPLE REQUEST is taking this long.
I NEED AN ANSWER AND I NEED SOME POSITIVE CUSTOMER RESPONSE. Unless this is forthcoming within the immediate future, I shall have no option but to vote with my feet and change my Bank and Stockbroker.
