As mentioned on the previous report I sent, Atandard Bank has passed on the buck to their legal department and the Chevrolet utility is still with them. I have settled theoutstanding amount on my account and now I ahve to deal with Standard BANK'S scrupilous legal representative who do not want to release the car. When they collected the car they didnt even mention that I am iable for the towing of the car to their storage which is in commisioner street and that I will pay R25.00 per day when the car still remains in their storage. These people makes it hard for customers to recover their car and in the end auction the car for their own benefit. I am battling to communicate with Standard Bank as they have paeed this matter to their legal dep. If they have given me the option of surrendering the car, I would have delivered the car myself, now they are making it hard & in the end they want customers to give up because of the ridiculous rates they impose on us. Standard Bank is misleading people with their complaint resolution centre it serves no benefit for us cheated and mistreated customers. I am not happy with the way they conduct themselves. They live off unsuspecting customers like parasi
