My handbag was with my bank cards, loyalty cards and a lot of other things. I called Pick' n Pay call centre to block my loyalty card only a day after the, the consultant checked and advised that my points were redeemed the day before (day of). After this information, I decided to call the head office and see if they have a forensic / department that can track this for me and maybe get some footage or something.
Marlon Moses (CSI Data Analyst), Nations Operations was the contact I ended up chatting to regarding this. Even though I lost money from my delay in reporting the. I got sympathy and great service from Marlon Moses with my enquiry. He went as far as get me the receipt of what was purchased using my card and he organised the video footage with the store owner directly and kept me on the loop all the time. Of course I have no idea if the police have done anything with this (it is SAPS after all) but I am thankful for all of Marlon's assistance and diligence in this matter.
