SHOCKING TREATMENT FROM STANDARD BANK AGENT

I called Standard Banks call centre number as I need to arrange to collect a stamped bank statement., My intention was to call the branch and request that they get the statement ready for me so that I just have to pop in and pick it up. First I called the call centre and spoke with Yolisa who was extremely helpful and tried to put me through to Benmore Gardens branch but the number was constantly engaged. I held on for sometime and eventually the call went through. Hoever, I sat on the phone for over 5 minutes whilst the phone just rang and rang at Benmore Gardens branch. Eventually I put the phone down and called again and the agent who answered the phone was Roosa. When I explained to Roosa what I wanted, she proceeded to tell me what I can and can't do and I think her attitude is shocking. She does not have the right to tell a client what they should and shouldn't do. The service that I am currently receiving from Standard Bank actually makes me want to close my account and move to a bank who understands what customer service is because at this stage in time, I don't think Standard Bank understands
