I have previously posted on hello peter about a complaint relating to the hail damage repair I had in October and the feedback from the supplier. I got my car back from the panel beaters in mid-January and I was horrified at the condition it came back in. It looked 10 years older from the 2 months it was in for repairs.

I contacted Marcelino and he got back to me and I have been smiling ever since dealing with him and Corne. I am very big on service excellence, and always demand that I get good service in the measure which I give it. So to have someone exceed my expectations is very rate, and both these gentlemen deserve praise for doing their jobs, and doing so with such pizazz and excellence!

Yes, my car still has issues, no fault of theirs however, but they have really moved mountains to get the issues resolved.

Telesure, you guys have an awesome repairs manager and an amazing assessor. I would definitely recommend them for customer service award of the year, having to deal with me LOL!!
