My car was delivered to First for Women's hail damage agent - Global Hail - 012 3793203 - on 27th Nov 2012`and is still there in an apparently in a now undriveable condition. It was supposed to have taken 5-20 days to repair. It has been there 77 days and counting. It was promised back on 21st Dec 2012 the first time and virtually every week since the 7th Jan I have been promised it back "this week". This excercise has cost me a small fortune: in getting the car to their distant warehouse the other side of Gauteng, paying insurance premiums on a vehicle I dont have the use of, paying to drive around in my 4x4 which uses up to R2500 a month more in petrol than this vehicle does, and then the excess still to come, and the incessant phone calls to the panel beaters and also the call centre (holding on for ages!).
