I called in to submit a claim as my car was in an accident my girlfriend who as driving at the time and the policy holder and I was assisting her in getting it sorted out the car drove fine for about 3 months with no issues and when the accident occured the cluth was effected when I tried explaining this to the peoplhandling the case they refused to to even hear me out celeset was extremely arrogant e called me to ask me where I would like the car towed to and when I tried explaining the case after like a few mins intead of listening and trying to understand the situation she just ask me after all my attemps to make her understand she just ask me where should I tow ur car she has no customer relations experience I'm really disgusted by the way I was treated her manager modadia suleman was much more helpful and understood the situation I am now in a situation where the coutesy vehicle is due for a service and when I contacted First for woman they say that celeste has put a note on the system and we canextend the car hire and this was due to porr service delivery I have no idea where the car is currently neither any feedback if its being repaired and also when the policy was taken I
