Incorrect billing due to mistake by Budget

I am a client with Budget insurance for 2 and a half years now and have always received good service from them, though recently I put through a claim, which was approved, only to find out that my insurance premiums will be increasing by R115 due to the Licence Card Issue Date captured incorrectly, 3 years prior to the actual Licence Card Issue Date, and on a public holiday!!
Now I have been advised, due to the incorrect information, my premiums will rise! Why should I have to pay additional amounts due to capture errors by the Insurance company??

I am very disappointed with this kind of service, nor am I willing to pay the additional amounts. I have been impressed by the service of Budget insurance but not anymore. It is probably time to switch to another insurance company
