I signed up for FNB last year, because all electronic services were FREE and the monthy charges were so low.

Now, I have just received a deduction of R200 for eBucks subscription, whereas the initial sign-up was only R125 - this is an incredibly large increase - this is in addition to the monthly cc service fees of R50?

Now that is just for my cc account, which I almost never use.

Next up - my cheques account:

value added service fees?
email sending service fees?
on top of the monthly service fee, which has already increased in the less than 1 year that I have been with FNB.
And the reason I signed up for in the first place was because of the slow lounge perk. You are now letting anybody and everybody into the slow lounge, especially in Jhb, it is actually not a pleasure spending any time there. The interior, in especially the bathrooms, need an upgrade, and the quality of the catering has deteriorated. It is overcrowded, the thresholds you impose are obviously too low, judging by the quantity of clientele (and in some instances - the quality, people packing their bags with food / drinks from the lounge).
You will not be retaining all your clients this way.
