My sister, who lost het husband unexpectedly, went to di the testament (will), because it wsa in Absa's safekeeping as exucator of his estate. THe service of the lady at the helpdesk was onprofessional and she had an attitude. My sister, still in shock due to the sudden death of her 46 years old husband, experience the ladies bad service and her unskilled or uninformed behaviour as vey serious. Please advie your staff that should help and assist, or equipped them more so that they be more of an help, than a burden, in such times of bereaved families. My sister is taking her bussness elsewhere. So sorry about this encounter. Its says alot about the staff efficiency tot the public.
