Hollard info from Nissan Finance/Wesbank

I received a PHISHING e-mail from [Email Removed] that had my details regarding financing I had on a vehicle. I have an agreement with WESBANK on this matter. How did Wesbank supply Hollard with the details of my financing. This is ILLEGAL!

The email FROM HOLLARD states "... As per our records we note that to date we have not received proof of your motor vehicle insurance" - OF COURSE NOT I WILL NOT SHARE DETAILS WITH HOLLARD! I HAVE NO AGREEMENT WITH THEM!!!

Please forward proof of your vehicle insurance to Fax: 011 351 3918 Email: [Email Removed] for the purpose of keeping your NISSAN FINANCE records updated.

Please note that in the event that confirmation of cover is not received within 7 working days, we will follow-up with a correspondence letter and a SMS before an additional amount is added to your monthly installment. This additional amount will only cover the financial interest of NISSAN FINANCE against default on your outstanding loan amount, but will not provide you with full comprehensive cover ..."!!! Now I'm threatened that HOLLARD will charge me for an agreement I have with WESBANK!
