ABSA NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!!

Yesterday, my partner & and; I had the most horrifying day. We went to every bank in our local shopping complex and was turned down for a new account, this was due to my partner having a temp I.D. Consultants were rude and did not even want to listen to the urgency of this account.

After being turned down so many times, we decided to leave the complex. As we were really upset, we existed through the wrong level, this resulting in us passing ABSA. We both turned to each other and agreed that we have nothing left to lose.

Upon entering the Bank, we were greeted with a warm smile from the lady at the reception area. We just stated we needed to open a new acc with a temp I.D. She took our details and asked us to be seated as a consultant will attend to us shortly. Well, at this point we knew that this account was not going to be open.

Mr Dawood came to reception and took us to his office. With the correct security check, the account was open in matter of minutes!!! Im sure Mr Dawood could see the disappoint & stress on our faces.

ABSA, you have saved my partner's job, you have brought hope to people who now knows that there is bank that really cares!!!
