My credit card limit has just been decreased by R500, and at that the last R500 that I had budgeted for to get to work and back NEXT week. THAT R500 was MY ABSOLUTELY LAST RESORT and all you or your agents can say is "SORRY"... Your agents or your branch, didn't even have the AUDACITY TO PHONE ME... I got an SMS instead. This is not ON! This is UNACCEPTABLE. How do you think will I be getting to work next week with R27 in my account and with the petrol price that has just gone up?

Furthermore, I am turning to my only bank for financial advice and they refuse to help me, they turn me away.

Yes, maybe I have slipped up here and there, but you know what, people do have other things to attend to or THINGS happen. And I have made arrangements but it's ignored!

This service is NOT ON! I need this to be sorted out BEFORE NEXT WEEK!
