Battling for weeks to make payment arrangements

I have now for several weeks tried to get hold of someone at Standard Bank to make payment arrangements on my Credit Card no 5221266264117572 and my RCP loan ac no 273047353. With no luck

I work in a environment where I cannot answer my phone and my phone' s speaker is not working well. Used my wife's phone and have in the last two weeks phoned at night times and on Friday afternoons hanged on for more than 3 hours and spent more than R500 in airtime calls and still no help.

This is very frustrating, and I notice that the call centre agents is not properly trained, as they keep passing us on to someone else.

Can someone please phone me after 17h30 pm in the evening on my wife's phone 0848800402, as it seems that no one is willing to get us authority so that she will be able to deal with this, as she has much more time on her hands to deal with agents than I do. She is also available in the day.

Please also note that me and my wife made a application for debt review and the whole process took a week and we then withdrawn our application, we were never placed under debt review or followed the process through

I am very disgusted at standard banks service.
