Worst service eve

My wifes car was bumped in the beging of December 2012, the person you crashed into her car is insured with Alexander Forbes, to cut a long story short there car has been repair and ours is still damaged, due to the fact that we are a third party claim no one seems to help us, its been almost 4 months and they still havnt paid me out or given the go ahead to the panel beater to fix our car.
this is disgusting service form a so called massive corporate company.
