Non payment of claim

Good day

My car was hijacked on the 16th of December 2012. My insurence policy was paid up, now for reasons I dont understand, my claim was rejected. I keep on phoning their call centre and only receive promises to phone me back. All the documents they requested are with them. Could somebody please give me an answer or solution? Please help.
