Refusing to issue policy documents

My mother (4306100640082 N. Sicwebu) who is a pensioner had a car a month back, claim number 379770, the car claim has been rejected reason it was driven by my sister Boniswa Sicwebu (7112121208082) not by the regular driver.

My name is Zoleka Sicwebu (7710290447082) the daughter of Mrs Sicwebu, my problem is that my Mom has never received the policy document up until now to the address provided P.O Box 271, Mount Fletcher 4770, all I am asking I need to see that contract can that be sent to me, this is a pensioner who will not understand everything, I spoke to Qhubeka Moyo who is so rude, maybe because he does not care enough of his Mom that is not my problem, I will stand and help my mother even if I have to stand in the court of law, NO ONE who is going to violate my Mother, I am not disputing rejection of the claim here however I need that policy document to read so that I understand what was in that contract.

Yes this is not my insurance its my Moms and u cannot expect her without having a car to go and fax a letter to you so you can email me the documents, and he also stated that he cannot issue the documents because the car has been written off, why is that???
