Overpayment of Uif

In 2004 the company i'v worked for close down and the last month another company paid my salary on behalf of the company that close down. In 2012 (8 years later) i received a sms from creditworx that I was handed over for overpayment of uif. My uif 19 form has suddenly new dates on that state that I was working for the company that paid my last salary. On the UIf 19 I was working for them for 9 months. In fact I never work for them. It was a personal loan between the two companies to pay my last salary.

I've spoken to at least 10 people and nobody can give me any answers. I even have a letter from the company that paid me to state that I never worked for them.
