SHOCKING SERVICE

On the 8 Nov 2012 I was robbed by armed thugs at my home. This event had ripple effect`s on me personally The events that followed when it came to the SERVICE from my insurance has been SHOCKING. My first interaction with the appointed accessor was more of and interrogation rather than accessment. The second accessment i was told the the accessor follows a process as he was an ex police officer. Third accessment i was told that an inventory was to be done on the balance of items in my home. However this was more cross questioning. I was told feedback will follow the nothing. I was to have remembered dates places and people who i purchased items. A lesson learnt. Then the follow up with the insurance (Riscor) They dont speak to the client they will communicate to the broker on feedback on the Claim. I have sent emails, even requested to speak to the risk accessor at Santam to provide any further information this was declined as they are not allowed to speak to the client. I have paid premiums for a service which I'm not receiving. This is the 13/3/2013 no FEEDBACK.I have witnessed also everything in delaying to give/make decision on the insurance claim. TCF is non existance.
