Paid up account handed ove

I took a loan with Wonga and paid it on the 31st Dec 12 already. Now I've been threatened with smses & email that legal action has been taken against me. After several attempts & wasting money calling their call center of which you hold for more than 15 min, I spoke to Leshe. She confirmed with me that confirmation will be done once I fax a proof of payment that has my I'd no as reference.. Of which I did the same day, now why should my name be in bad record because of someone does not do their job correctly. If they did, their system would have been updated and I would be @peace. I need this matter to be sorted out urgently.
