Dissappointed and confused

Iam living in this house for 7 years as we never knew who the owner was. The house was put on the repossed list I am trying to put in an offer since last year October 2012. I registered on my roof filled in my personal details. Last week I phone the call centre I was told to log into my roof and put in a new offer which I did. I phoned back to ask for banking details to pay the deposit I spoke to a Thelma and she told me I dont exist on their system. I want to know how is this possible. They are very unproffesional. The house is situated at 1031 Mackerel Road, Lawley, MR033348
