Nedbank
No help with payments

Hi. I've been paying my home loan with Nedbank for 7 years. I am now in a situation where I will not be able to pay my bond for 2 months, since my tenants decided to move out before the purchase of my home are through. I've spoken to the Credit Arrangements department & they don't even want to consider my situation.

I know that the other banks like FNB to accommodate their clients, so I don't understand why Nedbank can't just help me once. My house is being sold anyway, so they are not going loose anything, just gain interest from me.

My conclusion is that Nedbank don't have a heart
