I would like to comment on the service I experience everytime at Nedbank Kimberley (Northern cape Mall) from a very friendly and efficient employee, Geraldine Beukes. She always has a smile when she services clients and has a great attitude. Even when the branch is packed she maintains her character and willingness to go the extra mile. You are fortunate to have an employee of this calibre and should do all you possibly can to keep her in your service. She is a real pleasure to deal with and it's always good to see she's there even if you were just passing by and not even requiring her services on that particular day.
