My Line manager Mr Ferris phoned met ons 13 Decembe, r when I just came out op hospital, and told me that that there is a form at the bank I need to sign. I told him that I was not allowed to drive. His response " Dan kan jy Bank toe loop". on 18 December he called for a telecom with HR and according to the letter, I was not capable for my job because of 2 FAIS exams not passed. Other staff members that also haven't paased all the subject received the same letter. Last Monday I learned from one of them that this dismissal was put ons hold by the FSB
