Ursula Ellington an ABSA employee Money

My brother and i have just receive a letter from ABSA Trust stating that there is money due to us that they have not paid to us from my late mothers estate. My mom did pass away 3 years ago. The letter say there is basically a small amount of money due to us. And that there was a ABSA staff members error. I called ABSA only to find out the person that sent this letter and that is now in charge of our account is on maternity leave? So i asked to speak to Ursula Ellington our estate executor, and was told she no longer works there?? I searched google only to find she was found with of R18 Million RAND from her ACCOUNTS??? The last conversation i had with Ursula was that there was still give or take R30 000.00 outstanding to us... Pending These are ABSA policy's my mother had. Well the letter i just received says ABSA will give me R1300 and then i must sign an that i will not claim against ABSA. I dont think so!!! We need answers now ABSA!!
