I have applied to reinstate my cards on the 28th of February, everytime i phone i mget the incorrect information. Fisrt i got told to fax my stuff through which id did, when i phone to find out whats happeoning i got told to go into a branch which i did on the 1 of March. I made another phone call on the 11th of March The consultant said they still havent recieved my fax which they send from the branch and i do have the confirmation. What i cant understand is that i have to make follow ups, dont they want business?
