No link! No R400 back as promised!

I was phoned by Outsurance life for a life insurance quote and the telesales guy Avis asked if Outsurance can quote me on car insurance too, and if they cant beat it they will pay me R400 as promised on their adverts. Kganatshane Mokone from the car insurance phoned and gave me a quote and asked if she can proceed with the activation of it. So i said no ways it is more than im currently paying and she asked what im paying so told her i cant tell her that else i dont qualify for the advert, needless to say she got defensive and said i shouldve told her in the beginning. She didnt send me a link or anything and wont respond to emails requesting the link. Avis sent her an email requesting it to be sorted out and after numerous emails no one has bothered getting back to me since 31 Jan 2013
