Just take my funds without telling me - it's ok

So on the 1st of the month my R205 Management fee was deducted from my cheque account - okay and this i know about and expect. But what about the "Management Fee" of R59.49 taken on the 10th of March 2013? Like what is this even for? How can you just deduct MORE fees if and when you please without even telling a person? What is it with you people? What is this amount even for? Isnt the R205 taken at the begining of each month enough? No man. If you take money at least let me know what exactly it is for - seems I am not in control of this account and this displeases me.
