Rediculous Don't Care attitude from Virgin Insuran

I was involved in a hit and ran accident in November 2013 and I reported the accident to Virgin Insurance and they came the same day to tow my car. I started noticing bad service when a cutesy vehicle because an issue. I was immobile till about 8pm when the budget car was delivered after I had to scream and shout. The Virgin call center assured me that everything will be sorted and that I should have my car soon I spoke to Paula who took registered my claim at virgin. My car was assessed on the 25th of November 2013 and then a Virgin Risk Management (forensics investigator) was sent to me at my house to investigate if my story checks out WOW. Well I took him to the accident seen, spoke to him and my story checked out and he even said this was a wate of his time and when we went through the printed documents he had, we both realised that the call center register confusing information. This claim is under R20000.00 I had to go though this ridiculous process. on the 7th Dec my claim was approved and only on the 12 December the Panel beater was instructed to collect my car. 30 days later budget demanded their, Virgin refused to extend car hire. its 6 of Jan 2014 and I don't have a car.
