More than a week - specified item still not paid!

I had a tablet computer along with some other goods when my vehicle was broken into.
I reported it to the police the same day, and as soon as I received the SMS notification from the Police with the case number, I lodged the claim for the specified item.
It has been more than week and the claim has still not been completed and every time i wanted to know what the status was I had to make all the effort from my side - I have not had any updates from Santam. To add insult to injury, the so-called self-help claims tracking service on their website keeps telling me that it is only compatiable with Internet Explorer 5 and higher and i am using Internet Explorer 8 - and I have tried on three different computers! it simply doesn't work!
More than a week for a specified item is unacceptable!
I used to be with Outsurance and when I had a computer that got damaged and that was also specified, the settled in a matter of two - three days!
Santam, get with the programme!
