In the past three months as a new client I experienced the following set of 'incidents':

- Shortly after being signed I was called and offered chip & dent insurance. I was indecisive so suggested I needed to think about it and the caller became so rude and agitated he put the phone done in my ear.

- When received my documentation I noticed that a courtesy car was not included in event of accident. I recall this being of pivotal importance to accepting this quote. However, after requesting the transcripts of how this breach I communication occurred, I admit I am still none the wiser. I did however have to pay extra because of someone else's error.

- This morning I received an unprofessional, informal e mail from the individual who signed me asking for my cell number and then calling to confirm that I had just picked up my car from the dealer. My original email was dated was a dated 12 November. Is this not on the system? IS there a system?

- The irony of all of this is being asked to report to Hello Peter JUST after accepting the quote in November last year (Hardly the juncture to judge and insurance company on service delivery.)

I have already begun seeking quotes elsewhere.
