Budget Insurance
BILLED FOR A WRITTEN OFF VEHICLE

I would think that it is common sense, that when your car is written off you don't need dent and scratch top up insurance. I have still been billed for dent and scratch insurance since November 2012 when my car was written off. Received letters from Budget with regards to payment not being received because of a debit order returned. Why the would an insurance company not cancel ALL cover when the main policy was cancelled AND the car is written off. It is daylight that they charge you a premium for a car that is written off. It is against the law!!! First of all they never wanted to pay out for my car when it was in the accident because of minor details. That how useless they are. I paid years for this insurance without getting a cent in return!!! And now they deduct more money from me!!! For a car that has been scrapped and sold as metal already!!! Budget Insurance is USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!
