Handed over to ITC for ABSA's mishap

I sold my property at a loss. R26000, for this shortfall i signed a document at the attorneys (ABSA document) that the outstanding funds will be paid of by a new loan. I will be paying R500 p/m towards setling the amount. Two months passed after the transfer of my property, I started collecting pay backs from my property management (levy) and from the municipality. Because I continued to pay all the required instalments. When I asked ABSA on the 6th of Aug 2012, do you guys owe me money? or do I owe you? I was transferred, promises of call backs and dropped phone calls by the ABSA home loan dept. What was I to expect, no news good news right? When I applied for a loan on a new vehicle, I was mysteriously rejected, due to " payment irregularities".
I paid my outstanding amount immediately, and insisted on my name being cleared. I struggled to get ABSA complaints on phone, sent an e-mail on the 23/11/2012 responded by ABSA on 29/11. Request ITC to be cleared and proof of clearance to be supplied to myself on 03/12/2012. response from ABSA 04/12/2012, that they will investigate and come back. 14/03/2013 i STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK ON THE MATTER!
