On the 3rd of February, my car was bumped by one of their clients. He was and still very cooperative although
It is now more than a month trying to get hold of the third party claims consultants. When I call, the switchboard operator will transfere the call and will hold for more than 15 minutes, after then a consultant will ask for the claim number and tell me to hold for another 20 minutes until I decide to hang up. This happens everyday, then after I decided to ask for the supervisor, Michael Meyer and reported the matter, he advised that I send all the documents I sent before to his email address and he will follow up, I did exactly so and I never got any response nor acknowledgement from him as well until I phoned again, a consultant by the name of Nelisiwe answered the phone and confirmed they received all the documents that I sent and that he will ask the supervisor to assign the claim to the negotiator and that someone will contact me. It's been now another week awaiting the call. All I need to know now is whether it is worth my time, airtime and energy to call them. I have never in my life experienced such service, pathetic will be an understatement.
