Little help from Standard Bank staff

I deposited money at the Port Alfred Standard Bank ATM last week, which I do frequently. I received the slip to confirm the deposit and drew a statement the following day, which showed the deposit. Two days later, I drew a new statement and the deposit no longer reflects on it.
When I reported it to a teller at the branch, nobody was particularly interested in helping me. When I finally reached someone on the customer service line, they told me it was an IT problem but after just over a week, no progress has been made and I still don't have access to my money.
