Not pleasant to bank with Standard bank

Went to withdraw money from Fox and Harrison street in Johannesburg and only to be told that I can only have it after 7 days or they have to confirm with the company that made the last deposit and that can take up to 2 days. Why the do we have to wait such time to withdraw money? the sum was half of the last deposit and i had money in my account. This is ridiculous and inconveniencing because it's not communicated to me as a customer but i had to be surprised with this!

If you really want to curb whatever you call it "" then confirm when money is deposited.

This really me off!!!
