Debit order

After cancelling my insurance with SAU, the debit order for the amount of R368.43, was still deducted from my bank account. An additional amount of R 150.00 was also deducted, for a reason unknown to me. Is it possible that this problem can be rectified and the money be returned to my account please? Should you for any reason have to contact me, do so via E mail please. Your co operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
