Useless agents with no answers and rude attitude

Got my statements and to my shock there is a Journal Sundry Charge of R400 and R50 on both statements recieved. I contacted 011 207 4500 and requested explanation for these huge costs and the uninformed consultant takes me from pillar to post and cannot explain what they are for except telling me that it was charged by Titanic and she still cannot explain who they are or what they do. She then rudely tells me that she will give me their number and I must contact them and they will explain to me. I demand transparency from you guys. I will not pay for what I dont know. I am extremely upset since when I asked to speak to someone I was kept on hold for a good 2min and then told the other person who can help is busy on the line!!! I want answers and i want them now!!!
