An absolute rip off

How can we help you??? really now, I've always vouched on FNB's ability to rescue me in sticky situations and oh boy was I dissapointed this time around. They offer a temp loan which gets recovered when a deposit is payed in your (fair enough) though I only learnt this upon speaking to Lindiwe from their call centre because telephone banking tells u pay within 32 days (T&C's obviously)... due to the recovery being done 5 days after taking the loan I now had to transfer from CREDIT CARD to complete the recovery (interest), they have also charged interest on the original SHORT TERM LOAN, will now have to take another one once the original recovery is complete so ADDITIONAL INTEREST. This is all done within 5 days... I feel its a total rip off but am sure nothing will be done because I will be reffered to the book and told I dont have a leg to stand on. I will however open a basic savings account with Standard bank tomorrow so that I reserve my additional funds there, my salary will still ramain with FNB untill I finish paying them off then I am switching... cannot be ripped off like this!!!..Ive had my account at FNB since BOB T but am now surely moving :(
