Paying interest on a non existant loan

I have applied for a personal loan and was contacted by a representative to inform me that the loan was approved. When I received the documents I saw that the fact that I'm a platinum account holder means nothing and the loan was granted on 32% interest. I immediately went to the Sunninghill branch to reverse the transaction and give the total amount back. I was however still charged the administration fee. And even now I am paying interest on money I never even used. I have contacted my so called premier banker twice already with no success. Looks like I will just have to move banks again because FNB is not as great as they would like us to believe. And I will probably have to pay interest on a loan that I don't have for the next 4 years. FNB how can be help you to go bankrupt.
