I have lodged various and varied complaints both via telephone and e-mail to DI due to their extremely poor service. I am STILL WAITING for them to call me back since 31 May 2013. I had issues with the DQ-Track tracking device that was installed on my vehicle. The tracking device has still not been sorted out - and I now think the DQ-track just merely don't call me anymore. After numerous complaints DI has still not returned any mails or answered any complaints in full. On Thursday 1 Aug DI changed my home-content insurance premium due to a technical error. Tshepo, a manager of sorts, tried to assure me that my complaint will be handled within 24hours - well since then I have lodged two more complaints and am just receiving the same automated response from them all the time. NO ONE HAS FOLLOWED UP ON THESE COMPLAINTS - and I started this fight in May 2013 already. DI and DQ-track are completely unable to render any kind of service to their paying clients.
