I feel that although I have also published a report regarding Digital Planet's handling of this matter, FNB is ultimately responsible as my dealings are with them, not Digital Planet.

I ordered a new IPad through the FNB Online banking site and received a call from Digital planet that delivery will take place between Mon 14 Jan and Wed 16 Jan. Yesterday 16 Jan, I called Digital Planet to confirm delivery, but was told it will only be on or after the 18th of Jan.

Each time, no information about changing schedules are sent and no-one bothered to call me to let me know. For the past week, I have been re-arranging my appointments to be here between 8 & 12 each day to no avail.

My complaint with FNB is as follows: Seeing the amount of complaints on this site for Digital Planet as well as complaints against FNB, why does nothing get done regarding this matter?
Everyone apologizes and say they are looking into the matter, but it seems in the past year, nothing has changed. How long will FNB continue to use Digital Planet, knowing full well how it affects their image?

As a bank trying very hard to show their commitment to good service, this baffles me.
