Awesome Level of Service

I called in to MiWay and was assisted by Rarang to have my policy amended and my billing explained since I had an extra premium deducted from my account that I wasn't informed about. I have to say that her level of service and patience is highly appreciated. Coming from an insurance background myself and having seen first hand how some call centre consultant speak to their clients, I have to say that I wish that there were more consultants like Rarang. She never rushed, always made sure she asked if there was anything more that I needed amending on my policy. Her level of service and how she explains put me at ease. Thank you Rarang.
