Agreement not honoured, now harassed by the bank

In December my contract ended without employer. Knowing that i was to start a new contract in February i .called the banks VAF division and made arrangements that i would carry on my debit order at the end of Feb and the consultant agreed. I gave her the new details of my contract. To my shock i got calls from the bank around the 8th of Feb and had to explain the arrangement again. The debit order for Feb went thru fine per my arrangement yet the bank is threatening to reposses my cars after i made the arrangement. I have repeatedly reiterated that i will settle the outstanding payments as agreed yet the outstanding on a specified date but Dneon de kock says the agreement was not with him so my agreement is invalid
